Cedar Planked Salmon with Dill |

Ingredients :
- 1 cedar plank
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (1.5 pound) salmon fillet, skin removed

- Soak cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour. Watch Now
