"Creamy and fizzy and a little like a root beer float. I've been drinking this for what seems like forever, and I'm surprised more people have never heard of it. Similar to a Colorado bulldog, but not quite, hence the name."

• Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice. Pour coffee-flavored liqueur and Irish cream liqueur over ice; top with club soda. Stir.
