Maple-Cranberry Glaze

"This is a delicious glaze we use each year for Thanksgiving. If you use the pan drippings for your gravy, the glaze gives it a nice flavor that complements the meat well."

Ingredients :

• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1/3 cup cranberry juice
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions :

Prep : 10M	Cook : 6M	Ready in : 25M

• Combine syrup, cranberry juice, butter, and lemon juice in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until glaze reduces to about 1/3 cup, about 15 minutes.

Notes :

• Baste turkey toward end of cooking time (the last 40 minutes or so) every 10 minutes. Pour remaining glaze over turkey the last 10 minutes of cooking time.
