  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

Instructions :
