Air Mail Cocktail

"The air mail cocktail quite simply, can transport you. The combination of rum and Champagne is as refreshing as it is sophisticated."

Ingredients :

• 1 fluid ounce light rum
• 1/2 fluid ounce lime juice
• 1/2 fluid ounce honey syrup
• 1 cup ice
• 1 tablespoon chilled Champagne

Instructions :

Prep : 5M	Cook : 1M	Ready in : 5M

• Combine rum, lime juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into Champagne flute. Top with Champagne.

Notes :

• Make honey syrup by combining equal parts honey and hot water and stirring until the honey is dissolved. Cool and store in an airtight container.
